International Legislation for Use of Biocidals and Best Practices

Abstract

It was informed with this review that international biocidal regulations and related EU directives underlying occupational health and safety and basis approach to this subject of many international organizations. In this review, it was also assessed recommendation for the possible changes in the framework of local biocidal laws which act in Turkey after go in effect Occupational Health and Safety Act No.6331 It was mentioned the importance of revisions related to occupational health and safety of legislation and providing training ministries directly or indirectly related with use of biocidals after the revisions.
