ÖZGÜR VE AÇIK HİNT PASİFİK VİZYONU İLE KUŞAK YOL İNİSİYATİFİ'NİN ORTA DOĞU'YA SİYASİ VE EKONOMİK ETKİLERİ

Öz

Günümüzde uluslararası sistem, ekonomik ve siyasi unsurların hızlı devinimiyle, yeni olguların uluslararası siyasetteki belirleyiciliğinin arttığı bir yapıyı haizdir. Bu olgular arasında sayılabilecek olan bölgesel ticaret ve güvenlik koridorlarının, ekonomik ve siyasi boyutlarıyla, hem ulus devletler için fırsatlar yaratma potansiyeline sahip oldukları, hem de sistemin önemli bileşenlerini oluşturdukları görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, merkez konumu dolayısıyla Ortadoğu coğrafyasını yakından ilgilendiren, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri, Japonya ve Hindistan’ın ortaya koyduğu Özgür ve Açık Hint-Pasifik Vizyonu (ÖAHPV) ile Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti'nin geliştirdiği Kuşak ve Yol İnisiyatifi (KYİ) projesi, ortaya çıkma nedenleri ve Ortadoğu’ya yansımaları üzerinden yorumsamacı yöntemle karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilmektedir.

The Political and Economic Impacts of the Free and Open Indo-Pacific Vision and the Belt and Road Initiative on the Middle East

Öz

In today’s world, the international system possesses a structure characterized by the rapid dynamics of economic and political elements, leading to an increased significance of new phenomena in international politics. Among these phenomena, regional trade and security corridors are noteworthy, as they hold the potential to create opportunities for nation-states while also constituting crucial components of the system in both economic and political dimensions. In this study, the Free and Open Indo-Pacific Vision (FOIP) implemented by the United States, Japan, and India, and China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) project, which are closely relevant to the Middle East region due to its’ central position, are being comparatively analyzed by interpretive method in terms of their reasons for emergence and their implications for the Middle East.
