A Theoretical Study on the Use of Blogs in Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language
Abstract
The use of blog is increasing day by day and blogs have become one of the preferred web tools in different disciplines of education. In this study, it is aimed to present the theoretical information about the use of blogs in teaching Turkish as a foreign language. In the scope of the study, blogs are introduced first and the basic information about them was given. Then, the educational reflections of blogs are mentioned. Finally, the use of blogs in teaching Turkish as a foreign language is discussed. It is thought that this theoretical work will contribute to the field of teaching Turkish as a foreign language through spreading the idea of using blogs as a useful web tool.
