LABORATUVAR RATLARINDA MİKROANJİYOGRAFİ TEKNİĞİ

Öz

Ratlardaki mikrovasküler anatomiyi ortaya koymak için yapılan mikroanjiyografi çekim işlemi deneyim gerektirir ve genelde araştırmacılar bu konuda zorluk çekerler. Bu makalede rat epigastrik flebi mikroanjiyografisi için karotis arter kanülasyonu ile yapılan mikroanjiyografi tekniğimiz ayrıntılı olarak anlatılmış özellikle bu konuda tecrübesiz araştırmacılara yol gösterilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Aynı teknik kullanılarak çekim yapılacak bölgeye yakın ana damarlar kanüle edilip istenilen bölgenin mikroanjiyografisi çekilebilir.

MICROANGIOGRAPHY TECHNIQUE IN LABORATORY RATS

Öz

Microangiography which reveals the microvascular anatomy of the laboratory rats is a demanding procedure especially for inexperienced investigators. We explain our microangiography technique that is performed via carotis artery to reveal the microvascular anatomy of the rat epigastric flap in details and we intend to show the way to the inexperienced investigators on this subject. The technique may be used for any region by the canulation of main vicinity arteries by using the same injection technique.
