ÇOCUK HASTADA İNTRAKORONAL BEYAZLATMA TEDAVİSİ: OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Amaç: Bu vaka raporunda, kanal tedavisinden sonra renklenen 21 numaralı dişe yapılan intrakoronal beyazlatma tedavisinin klinik bulgularla sunulması amaçlanmaktadır. Vaka Raporu: 14 yaşındaki kız hasta 21 numaralı dişindeki renklenmeden şikayetçi olduğu için kurumumuza başvurmuştur. Alınan anamnez sonucunda; bir yıl önce dişine kanal tedavisi yaptırdığı ve bir süre sonra dişinde gri renkleşme olduğu öğrenilmiştir. %16 karbamid peroksit içerikli beyazlatma ajanı (Opalescence, USA) kullanılarak üç seans süren bir devital beyazlatma tedavisi yapılmıştır. Dişin restorasyonu kompozit (Cavex Quadrant Universal LC-A2, Holland) kullanılarak tamamlanmıştır. Hasta 3., 6. ve 12. ay kontrollerine çağırılmıştır. Sonuç: Kontrol seanslarında yapılan klinik ve radyolojik muayene sonucunda dişte ağrı, hassasiyet ve herhangi bir rezorpsiyon bulgusu tespit edilmemiştir. Hasta sonuçtan estetik açıdan memnuniyetini belirtmiş olup, olgunun takibi devam etmektedir.
