Ağız İçine Avülse Olan Mandibular Anterior Dişlerde Tedavi ve Takip: Bir Vaka Raporu

Bu vaka raporunun amacı ağız içine avülse olan alt çene 4 kesici dişin tedavi ve prognozun sunulmadır. 10 yaşında erkek hasta okul bahçesinde düşme sonucu alt çene dört kesici dişinin ağız içine avülse olması şikayetiyle ağız diş sağlığı merkezine başvurmuş orada herhangi bir müdahale yapılmaksızın pedodonti kliniğimize yönlendirilmiştir. Yapılan muayenede avülse dişlerin dil üzerinde yumuşak dokuya bağlı şekilde durmuş olduğu gözlenmiştir. Avülsiyon bölgesine lokal anestezi uygulayarak dişler reimplante edilmiş semi-rijit splint ile splintlenmiştir. Alveol kemikte bulunan hasardan dolayı splint süresi 4 hafta olarak belirlenmiştir. Kanal tedavisine travmadan 10 gün sonra başlanmıştır. Splint 4 hafta sonunda çıkarılmış ve kanal tedavisi güta perka ile doldurularak tamamlanmıştır. Hasta takipleri devam etmektedir. Avülse olan dişler her ne kadar ağız içinde bulunsa da soket dışında bulunduğu için periodontal ligament ve pulpa canlılığını yitirir. Bu sebeple avülse olan dişlerin nekroz olmuş pulpa dokusunun çıkaralıp güta perka ile doldurulması gerekir.

Treatment and Follow-up of Mandibular Anterior Teeth Avulsed Into the Mouth: A Case Report

The aim of this case report is to present the treatment and prognosis of the mandibular 4 incisors that avulsed into the mouth. A 10-year-old male patient applied to the oral and dental health center with the complaint of avulsion of the four incisors of the mandibular into the mouth as a result of a fall in the schoolyard. He was referred to our pedodontics clinic without any intervention. During the examination, it was observed that the avulsed teeth were attached to the soft tissue on the tongue. By applying local anesthesia to the avulsion area, the teeth were reimplanted and splinted with a semi-rigid splint. Due to the damage to the alveolar bone, the splint duration was determined as 4 weeks. Root canal treatment was started 10 days after the trauma. The splint was removed after 4 weeks and the root canal treatment was completed by filling it with gutta percha. Patient follow-up continues. Even though the avulsed teeth are in the mouth, the periodontal ligament and pulp lose their vitality because they are outside the socket. For this reason, the necrosed pulp tissue of avulsed teeth must be removed and filled with gutta percha.
