According to the results obtained from the research; it was found that the physical activity level of 92% of the participants during The COVID-19 pandemic process was low and insufficient. While there was a positive significant correlation between physical activity level and resilience, a negative significant correlation was found between resilience and coronavirus anxiety (p<0,05). In addition, when the difference between the genders are examined, it is seen that the physical activity and psychological resilience levels of men are significantly higher than women (p<0,05), while the levels of coronavirus anxiety are lower (p<0,05).
