KAOS TEORISİNİN YÖNETİM PRATİKLERİNE KATKISI

Öz

Bu makalede, kaos teorisinin temel prensipleri ve yönetim pratiklerine katkıları ele alınmıştır. Kaos teorisi, evrende her şeyin spesifik ve deterministik bir takım kuralla ve kanunlar altında cereyan ettiği gerçeğinden hareketle, meydana gelmesi olası karmaşıklık, düzensizlik ve belirsizliklerle mücadele bağlamında ele alınır. Bu kapsamda kaos teorisi, bir zincirin kuvveti en zayıf halkası nispetindedir önermesinden yola çıkarak mükemmel çalışan bir sistemin herhangi bir arızanın bütün sistemi etkileyeceği düşüncesi ile, sistemdeki tüm parametrelerin ve değişkenlerin birbirleriyle ilişkileri noktasında bütüncül bir biçimde dikkate alınması gerektiğini vurgular. Çünkü kaos teorisi, sistemin belirli bir denklemde tüm parametrelerin tam ve doğru bir şekilde anlaşılması durumunda, olasılıkların ortadan kalkacağı ve düzenin tesis edileceği fikrini destekler. Bu nedenle, kaos teorisi, metaforik olarak belirsizlikle mücadele ve sistemlerin adaptasyonu konusunda yönetim pratiklerine önemli katkılar sağlar. Bu nedenle çalışmada kaos teorisin yönetim pratiklerine katkıları açısından yönetimde sürdürülebilirlik ve belirsizliklerle mücadele bağlamında bir inceleme gerçekleştirilmekte ve kaos teorisi ve sürdürülebilirlik kavramlarının işletmelere nasıl rehberlik edebileceği ele alınmaktadır.
