Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı 17 – 18 aylık oldukları halde östrüsleri gözlemlenememiş sütçü düvelerde, ovsynch (n:34) veya PRID + PGF2α + PMSG (n:33) olmak üzere iki farklı hormonal uygulama yönteminin, östrüslerin tespiti, dağılımı ve ilk tohumlama gebelik oranları üzerine etkisini belirlemektir. İlk gruptaki düvelere, 0. gün GnRH enjeksiyonu, 7 gün sonra PGF2α enjeksiyonu, 48 saat sonra ikinci GnRH uygulaması ve 12 saat sonra suni tohumlama yapıldı. İkinci grupta ise, 0. gün PRID, 7. gün PGF2α im, 9. gün PRID’lerin uzaklaştırılması ve 500 IU PMSG im ve 56. saatte suni tohumlama uygulandı. Östrüsler günde 3 kez takip edildi. Son hormonal uygulamaları izleyen 4 gün içerisinde östrüs tespit oranları, birinci.grupta, %29.41, ikinci grupta, %72.72 olarak belirlendi (P
