BAKIM FAALİYETLERİNİ DİKKATE ALAN MAKİNE ÇİZELGELEME: LİTERATÜR ARAŞTIRMASI

Öz

Üretim ve bakım faaliyetlerinin birlikte çizelgelenmesi konusunda çalışmalar sanayide dijitalleşmenin artması ile son yirmi yılda artış göstermiştir. Üretimde çeşitli sebeplerden kaynaklı duruşlar planlanan üretim çizelgesinde sapmalara neden olmaktadır. Ortaya çıkan etkin olmayan süreler makine ve adam-saat cinsinden israfa yol açmaktadır. Burada özellikle makine arızası sebebiyle ortaya çıkan beklenmeyen duruşlar, etkin olmayan süreyi artırması ile verimliliği önemli ölçüde düşürmektedir. Bu nedenle, son zamanlarda bakım faaliyetlerinin üretim ile uyumlu yapılması konusunda yapılan çalışmalar artmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, literatürde bakım faaliyetleri ile birlikte makine çizelgelemesi çalışmalarında hangi makine ortamlarında, hangi yöntemlerin kullanıldığı, yapılan çalışmaların hangi dergilerde yayınlandığının analiz edilmesidir. Araştırmacıların çoğunlukla tek makine çizelgeleme konusunda çalıştıkları ve bakım stratejisi olarak en fazla önleyici bakım türünde odaklanıldığı görülmüştür. Son yıllarda kestirimci bakım çalışmaları da başlamış ve yapay zekâ algoritmaları ön plana çıkmıştır. Literatürde çizelgeleme ile ilgili çok fazla çalışma olmasına rağmen üretim ve bakım faaliyetlerinin birlikte ele alındığı çalışmaları derleyen ve analiz eden bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bu sebeple, çalışmamız mevcut literatürü araştırmacılara sunar ve gelecekte yapılabilecek çalışmalara rehberlik eder niteliktedir. Çalışmanın sonuç ve bulguları, üretim ve bakım faaliyetlerinin çizelgelenmesini içeren çalışmalarda yardımcı olabilir niteliktedir.

Machine Scheduling with Maintenance Activities: Literature Review

Öz

Efforts on joint planning of production and maintenance activities have increased in the last two decades. Production breakdowns due to various reasons cause deviations in the planned production schedule. The resulting ineffective times lead to waste in terms of machine and man-hours. Breakdowns caused by machine failure result in inefficient time and significantly reduce efficiency. For this reason, studies on maintenance activities have increased recently. The purpose of this study is to analyze machine scheduling studies together with maintenance activities. While the body of literature in scheduling is vast to the best of our knowledge, there are no papers that address the review of the papers that include the scheduling of production and maintenance activities. For this reason, our study deals with the presentation of the releated papers to researchers and it is a useful guide to the future studies. The results and findings of this study can be helpful in studies related to the scheduling of the production and maintenance activities.

30.03.2021- Nisan 2021 (26/1) sayımızdan itibaren TR-Dizin yeni kuralları gereği, dergimizde basılacak makalelerde, ilk gönderim aşamasında Telif Hakkı Formu yanısıra, Çıkar Çatışması Bildirim Formu ve Yazar Katkısı Bildirim Formu da tüm yazarlarca imzalanarak gönderilmelidir. Yayınlanacak makalelerde de makale metni içinde "Çıkar Çatışması" ve "Yazar Katkısı" bölümleri yer alacaktır. İlk gönderim aşamasında doldurulması gereken yeni formlara "Yazım Kuralları" ve "Makale Gönderim Süreci" sayfalarımızdan ulaşılabilir. (Değerlendirme süreci bu tarihten önce tamamlanıp basımı bekleyen makalelerin yanısıra değerlendirme süreci devam eden makaleler için, yazarlar tarafından ilgili formlar doldurularak sisteme yüklenmelidir).  Makale şablonları da, bu değişiklik doğrultusunda güncellenmiştir.
