ON THE TURKISH FOLK DANCE “ÇAYDA ÇIRA” AND UYGHUR FOLK DANCE “DALDA ÇIRA”

Öz

Historical processes about the Turkish folk dances have created chain of the formation and evolution in itself. In order to elucidate step by step development and genetic roots of the national folk dance culture of the Turkish people, geographical, historical and cultural situation of the communities living in Central Asia should be examined first. This article will be analyzed folkloric connection, common and different aspects, interactions between among unity of origin, historical stratum and various types of the “Çayda Çıra” being played in Turkey with Uyghur folk dance “Dalda Çıra”
