On The Concept of Turk From Batur Tanrıkut (Mete) to Atatürk
Öz
In this research, from the perspective of the Turkish world-view, godly task
on the Turks that being defender of the justice against the tyrany, being the
protectors of the justice and the rule in the name of god has been told. In
order to perform their task, they have been faced with some struggles and
as consequences, they have founded several states such as Huns, Gokturks,
Uyghurs, Kara-Khanids, Seljuks and Ottomans. This article aims to focus on
the foundation era, developments and rise of the mentioned states. While
doing this, underlines the personalities that contribute to the reputation of
the Turkish nation and evaluates them as well. Lastly, points out the
modern Republic of Turkey and its founder Mustafa Kemal Atatürk as the
last representer of the Turkish nation as a whole. As conclusion, we aim to
look deeper to the historical development of the Turkish society and politics
from the time that Turks came in view to the modern Republic of Turkey

Öz
Bu araştırmada Türklerin yaratılış amacından hareketle Türklerin uzun
tarihi süreç içinde Tanrı’nın kendilerine yüklemiş olduğu zalimlere karşı
güçsüzlerin ve haklıların yanında olmak, yeryüzünde Tanrı adına adaletin
ve düzenin koruyucuları olmaktan ibaret kutsal görevi yerine getirmek için
yaptığı mücadeleleri, bu süreç içinde kurdukları Hun, Göktürk, Uygur,
Karahanlı, Selçuklu ve Osmanlı gibi cihanşümul devletler ve bu devletlerin
kuruluşu, gelişmesi ve yükselmelerinde önemli rol oynayarak Türk milletini
ebedileştiren, onların gücü ve şöhretini dünyaya tanıtan Türk tarihinin
büyük şahsiyetleri üzerine değerlendirme yapıldıktan sonra yukarıdaki
cihanşümul Türk devletlerinin vârisi ve son temsilci olan Türkiye
Cumhuriyetinin kuruluşu ve onun kuruluşuna öncelik eden Mustafa Kemal
Atatürk’ün varlığını Türk varlığına armağan edişi ele alınmaktadır.
