Etmoid Sinüs Osteomu: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Osteomlar, yavaş büyüyen osteoblastik mezanşimal tümörlerdir. Osteomlar, baş boyun bölgesinde en sık mandibulada yer almaktadır. Paranazal sinüsler içerisinde frontal ve etmoid sinüste, daha az sıklıkla maksiller ve sfenoid sinüste izlenmektedir. Bu lezyonlar çoğunlukla asemptomatiktir. Semptom veya komplikasyon gelişmiş ise cerrahi yaklaşımlar uygulanmaktadır. Bu çalışmamızda ethmoid sinüs içerisinde lokalize olan osteom olguları literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur.
