Her iki semptom hastalarda

Oliguria-Anuria

Yıl 2016, Cilt: 20 Sayı: 1, 16 - 23, 01.06.2016

Öz

Before the rise of serum creatinine in the diagnosis of acute kidney injury in critically
ill patients occurs often anuria and oliguria as symptoms and both symptoms is accepted as an important
indicator. Both symptoms led to the development of many complications in intensive care
unit patients and is a major problem that increases the risk of mortality. Therefore, anuria and intensive
care nurses should know the factors causing the oliguric and they must have the skills and
knowledge to manage these symptoms. In this review, in generally anuria and oliguria and nursing
care were examined.
