Tıbbi Cihaza Bağlı Basınç Yarasının Önlenmesi

Yıl 2020, Cilt: 24 Sayı: 1, 15 - 21, 09.05.2020

Öz

Tıbbi cihaza bağlı basınç yaraları, yoğun bakım sırasında tedavinin neden olduğu ciddi bir komplikasyondur. Ciltte ve mukozada gözlemlenen komplikasyonlar; hastaların yaşam kalitesinin bozulmasına, bakım maliyetlerinde de artışa neden olmaktadır. Önemli kalite ölçütlerinden olan basınç yarasında, kanıta dayalı uygulamalar hastalardaki olası riskleri azaltmaktadır. Bu derleme; tıbbi cihaza bağlı basınç yarasında kanıta dayalı önleyici uygulamaları içeren mevcut literatürün gözden geçirilmesini ve çalışmalardan elde edilen sonuçların incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır.
