Yoğun bakım üniteleri; gerçek ve potansiyel yaşamı tehdit eden kritik sorunları olan hastaların 24 saat izlendiği, karmaşık yapılı yüksek teknolojilerin kullanıldığı ünitelerdir Yoğun bakım ünitelerinin merkezinde yer alan hemşirelere Covid-19 salgını sürecinde çok daha fazla görev ve sorumluluk yüklenmektedir. Hemşirelik eyleme dayalı bir meslek olduğundan her alanda ve her zaman etik ile yakın ilişki halindedir. Yoğun bakım üniteleri Covid-19 salgını nedeniyle birçok etik ve ahlaki ikilemlerin doğmasına neden olmuştur. Bu derleme makale, yoğun bakım hemşireleri gözünden Covid-19 salgını ile mücadelede yoğun bakım hemşirelerinin yaşadığı mesleki etik argümanlarına odaklanmayı amaçlamaktadır.
