KÖK HÜCRE NAKLİ UYGULANAN COVİD-19 TANILI YOĞUN BAKIM HASTASININ HEMŞİRELİK BAKIMI: OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Dünya Sağlık Örgütü (DSÖ) tarafından 11 Mart 2020 tarihinde küresel salgın olarak ilan edilen koronavirüs hastalığı (Covid-19), ilk olarak Çin’in Hubei Eyaleti’nde ortaya çıkmış ve buradan tüm dünyaya yayılmıştır. Covid-19 hastalarda ciddi solunum yetmezliği tablosu oluşturmakta bu nedenle birçok hasta yoğun bakım ünitelerinde solunum desteğine ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Ülkemizde de salgının başlangıcından bu yana yoğun bakım üniteleri çok sayıda hastaya hizmet vermiştir. Yoğun bakım ünitelerinde hasta bakım ve tedavisinde görev alan yoğun bakım hemşirelerine kritik durumdaki Covid-19 hastalarının bakımı ve tedavisinde ciddi sorumluluklar düşmektedir. Bu olgu analizinde 46 yaşında, Covid-19 tanısı almış ve yoğun bakımda kök hücre nakli uygulanan hasta ve hemşirelik girişimleri sunulmuştur.

NURSING CARE OF A COVID-19 INTENSIVE CARE PATIENT WITH STEM CELL TRANSPLANTATION: CASE REPORT

Öz

The coronavirus disease (Covid-19), declared as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020, first appeared in Hubei Province of China and spread from there to the whole world. Covid-19 causes severe respiratory failure in patients, so many patients need respiratory support in intensive care units. Intensive care units have served many patients in our country since the beginning of the epidemic. Intensive care nurses, who work in the care and treatment of patients in intensive care units, have serious responsibilities in the care and treatment of critically ill Covid-19 patients. In this case analysis, a 46-year-old patient with a diagnosis of Covid-19 and a stem cell transplant in intensive care unit and nursing interventions are presented.
