İklim Krizinde BİM'in Üstleneceği Rol

Yıl 2020, Cilt: 2 Sayı: 1, 19 - 29, 30.04.2020

Öz

BIM uygulamaları, mevcut yapılı çevre ve yeni yapılacak yapıların yaşam döngüleri boyunca çevreye olan etkilerini, model içerisine girilen yapı elemanları ile ilgili bilgileri ve çevresel verileri kullanarak, dinamik simülasyon ve enerji analizleri yaparak ortaya koymaktadır.Bu makalede, küresel iklim krizine neden olan yapılı çevre kaynaklı sera gazı salımlarını, dünya ölçeğinde sınırlandırmayı ve azaltmayı sağlamak amacıyla Yapı Bilgi Modelleme veya diğer tanımıyla Building Information Modelling (BIM) yazılımları ile izlenebilecek yollar ele alınmaktadır.
