BİLGİ SİSTEMLERİ BAŞARI MODELİ İLE BİR E-ÖĞRENME SİSTEMİ DEĞERLENDİRMESİ

Öz

Bu çalışma bir e-öğrenme sistemini, öğrenci algıları temelinde, Bilgi Sistemleri Başarı Modeli ile değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma sistem kalitesi ve bilgi kalitesinin, sistem kullanımını ve kullanıcı memnuniyetini ve dolayısıyla sistem başarısını etkilediği varsayımına dayanmaktadır. Sakarya Üniversitesi’nde 257 lisans öğrencisi ile yapılan anket sonucu elde edilen veri Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre sistem kullanımının ve kullanıcı memnuniyetinin sistem başarısı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi vardır. Buna ek olarak sistem kalitesi kullanıcı memnuniyetini olumlu etkilerken, bilgi kalitesinin hem kullanıcı memnuniyeti hem de sistem kullanımı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi vardır. Çalışma yerli literatürde Bilgi Sistemleri Başarı Modeli ile yapılan çalışmaların sınırlı oluşu dikkate alındığında hem bilgi sistemleri hem de e-öğrenme araştırmacılarına yeni çalışmaların yapılması yolunda önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır.
