YAPAY ZEKÂ İŞLETME YÖNETİMİ İLİŞKİSİ ÜZERİNE BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Öz

Yapay zekâ alanında yaşanan çarpıcı gelişmeler iş dünyasını yakından ilgilendirmektedir. Yapay zekânın gelecekte işletmelerde hayati öneme sahip bir rekabet aracı olacağı, iş kollarında ve içeriklerinde, yönetim tarzında, örgüt yapısında ve kültüründe sarsıcı değişikliklere sebebiyet vereceği beklenen bir durumdur. Bu sebeple, işletme alanında yapay zekâ uygulamaları, yapay zekâ edinimi ve gelecekte ortaya çıkabilecek potansiyel etkilerini inceleyen araştırmalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, yapay zekâ ve işletme alanının etkileşimini inceleyen bir literatür değerlendirmesi sunmaktır. Araştırmada; yapay zekâ alanıyla ilgili kavramsal alt yapı oluşturulduktan sonra genelde işletme, özelde yönetim ve stratejik yönetim disiplinlerine olan etkileri tartışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak dokuz önemli saptamada bulunulmuştur. Araştırma fen bilimleri ve sosyal bilimler alanlarında iki farklı disiplini bir arada inceleyip aralarındaki ilişkileri sunması açısından önem taşımaktadır.
