PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMANLARIN “PSİKOTERAPİDE ÜÇ YAKLAŞIM” VİDEOLARINA İLİŞKİN GÖRÜŞLERİ

Öz

Sinop‘ta görev yapan elli psikolojik danışman bir çalıştay kapsamında Shostrom (1965a, b, c)‘un etkili çalışmaları olan ―Psikoterapide Üç Yaklaşım‖ videolarını izleyerek düşüncelerini ifade etmişlerdir. Yirmi dokuz bayan, yirmi bir erkek ve bir ile yirmi yıl arasında değişen kıdemleri bulunan psikolojik danışmanlar bu çalışmada yer almışlardır. Video görüntülerinde aynı danışanla farklı görüşmeler yapan Carl Rogers, Fritz Perls ve Albert Ellis‘in görüntüleri vardır. Çalışmaya katılan psikolojik danışmanların videolara ilişkin ortak görüşleri genel olarak fayda, danışmanlara tavsiye edilebilecek eğitim materyali ve farklı amaçlarda kullanılabilecek eğitim materyali olmak üzere üç temada toplanmıştır. Ülkemizde psikolojik danışman yetiştiren kurumlarda öğrencilerin ve görevli danışmanların bilgilerini artırmak için bu eğitim materyallerinden yararlanılması tavsiye edilmektedir. İlerde yapılacak araştırmalar için Psikoterapide Üç Yaklaşım Shostrom (1965a, b, c) videoları, danışman yönelimleri, eğitim materyali olarak etkisi açısından çalışılması tavsiye edilebilir.
