Aim of the study is analyzing the manners of communication of the managers with the tutors in special education and rehabilitation centers and ethical leadership relation. In this study, Correlation method of the quantitative research models is used. The population of this study is constituted by 346 tutors in various special education and rehabilitation centers in Küçükçekmece, Bahçelievler, Başakşehir regions. The sample of this study is constituted by 220 tutors which are chosen by appropriate population method. 201 scales are found utilizable and taken in to evaluation in the sequel sorting out the missing and outstanding data. Collection of data is performed with “ Scale of Ethical Leadership” and “ Scale of Communication”. The values of frequency, percent, standard deviation, arithmetic average of the variables in the problem statement are found in accordance with the answers of the tutors by the usage utilization of SPSS 18 program. As the distribution is normal in paired comparisons in attempt to introduce the discrepancies between the variables, the T- test; and in the comparison between variable groups which are more than two, the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) is used. Scheffe (Multiple Comparisons) test is performed in the case of exposure of the significant differences. To determine the relation between the levels of communication and ethical leadership practices of the managers, Pearson Correlation Coefficient is calculated. According to information acquired, the following results are extrapolated: A positively, high level, statistically significant relation between the levels of communication of managers and ethical leadership practices is found. The increase of the managers‟ communication degrees also provides the expansion of the ethical leadership applications positively.
