Sağlık Hizmetine Dijitalleşmenin Etkisinin Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık hizmetlerine dijitalleşmenin etkisini değerlendirmektir. Bu amaçla PUBMED veri tabanında tarama yapılmıştır.2020-2024 yılları arasında ‘sağlık hizmetleri’, ‘dijitalleşme’, ‘hasta’, ‘sağlık çalışanları’ anahtar kelimeleri ile tarama yapılmış ve PRISMA akış diyagramına göre uluslararası 188 çalışmaya ulaşılmıştır. İnceleme sonucunda dahil etme kriterlerine uygun 33 araştırma çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Bu araştırmalar kapsamında hasta, sağlık çalışanı ve COVID-19 salgını temaları belirlenmiştir. Sağlık hizmetlerinde dijitalleşmenin hastaların bekleme sürelerini kısalttığı, hastaneye yatış oranlarını düşürdüğü, teşhis ve tedavi süreçlerini kısalttığı, kırsal bölgelerde yaşayan nüfusların, yaşlı ve kronik hastalığı olanlar için sağlık hizmetlerine erişimi kolaylaştırdığı belirlenmiştir.
