DİLSİZ KAVAL ÇALGISINDA KULLANILAN BİRİNCİ VE İKİNCİ PERDE SİSTEMLERİYLE İLGİLİ PERFORMANS KIYASLAMASI

Öz

Bu araştırmada belirlenen 6 farklı eser, 6 dilsiz kaval performans sanatçısı tarafından 1. perde sistemi ve 2. perde sisteminde icra edilmiştir. Kayıt altına alınan icralar performans değerlendirme formu aracılığıyla 3 alan uzmanı tarafından dinlenerek değerlendirilmiştir. Performans sanatçılarının 1. perde sisteminde ve 2. perde sisteminde icralarındaki benzerlikler ve farklılıklar ile bunların sonucu olarak ne gibi avantaj veya dezavantajlar oluştuğunu tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırma süreci nitel bir araştırma modeli olan durum çalışması (case studies) araştırma yöntemi ile desenlenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucu elde edilen veriler SPSS 25.0 paket programı aracılığıyla çözümlenmiş olup, uzmanların icralarına dair puanların ortalaması alınmıştır. 1. perde sistemi ile 2. perde sisteminde gerçekleştirilen performansların arasında anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığını tespit edebilmek için Wilcoxon işaretli sıralar testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında uygulama aşamasında gerçekleşen performanslar sonucu 1. perde sistemi ve 2. perde sistemi arasında avantaj ve dezavantaj oluşturan olanakların eserin makamsal özeliklerine, ses genişliğine, acelite gerektiren cümlelere, çeşitli süsleme tekniklerine, kademe geçişlerine ve horlatma ses alanı kullanıma göre değişebildiği sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır

PERFORMANCE COMPARISON OF FIRST AND SECOND TUNING SYSTEM USED IN THE PLAYING OF THE SHEPHERDS’ PIPE

Öz

The six different pieces identified in this study were performed by six Shepherds’ Pipe performance artists using the first tuning system and second tuning system. The recorded performances were listened to and evaluated by three subject matter experts using a performance evaluation form. The aim was to identify the similarities and differences in the performers' renditions in the first and second tuning systems and to determine what advantages or disadvantages resulted from these. This research process was designed using the case study research method, which is a qualitative research model. The data obtained from the evaluations were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 software package, and the average scores of the experts' performances were calculated. To determine whether there was a significant difference between the performances achieved with the first tuning system and the second tuning system, the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used. The results of the performances achieved during the application phase of the research revealed that the advantages and disadvantages between the first tuning system and the second tuning system depended on the modal characteristics of the piece, the vocal range, phrases requiring agility, various ornamentation techniques, scale transitions, and the use of the “horlatma” sound area.
