According to analysis findings, the 6-dimensional motivation scale was represented by 5 dimensions (as a result of CFA analysis), and introjected motivation was eliminated. Identified regulation levels of employees were calculated at quite high levels, while amotivation levels were quite low. As a result of the difference tests, material and social external regulations are differentiated according to personal differences. Amotivation is affected by position. In addition, parallel with the previous findings, while controlled motivation was open to these effects, autonomous motivation was not affected by environmental conditions and personal characteristics.
