Ağ-Kafeslerde Kışlatılan Gökkuşağı Alabalığında (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Uzun Süreli Açlığın Bazı Verim Özellikleri İle Vücut Kompozisyonu Üzerine Etkisi

Öz

Araştırmada gökkuşağı alabalıkları, Kuzgun Baraj Gölü’nde (Ilıca-Erzurum) faaliyet gösteren özel bir ağ-kafes işletmesinde dört ay süreyle (Aralık 2005 ile Nisan 2006 ayları arasında) yemlenmeden aç tutulmuştur. Başlangıçta ve dört aylık süre sonunda numuneler alınarak uzun süreli açlığın balığın bazı verim özellikleri ve vücut kompozisyonu üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları başlangıçta ortalama 171,73±11,23 g ağırlığa sahip balıkların 4 ay sonunda ortalama 126,58±15,17 g ağırlığa gerilediği, yemlemeye başlanıldıktan sonraki 2. ayda toparlayarak 191,25±33,49 g ağırlığa ulaştığı göstermiştir. Benzerce kondisyon faktörü de 4 ay sonunda 1,63±0,03’ ten 0,96±0,04’e düşmüş, tekrar yemlemenin başlatıldığı aydan 2 ay sonra 1,57±0,09’a yükselmiştir. Ancak yemleme yapılmayan 4 aylık süre sonunda karkas verimi %82,37±0,7’den %85,14±0,32’e yükselmiş, iç organ oranı ise % 13,27±0,56’dan %9,08±0,17’e düşmüştür. Uzun süre açlığın ham protein oranı, ham kül oranı üzerine istatistiksel olarak bir etkisi görülmezken, başlangıçta %13,19±1,07 olan ham yağ oranı aç geçen 4 ay sonunda % 9,44±0,56’ ya düşmüştür sonraki ayda yağ oranı toparlanarak tekrar % 13,9 yükselmiştir.

Effect of Long Term Starvation on Some Productivity Traits And Body Composition of Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Wintered in Floating Net-Cages.

Öz

In this research, rainbow trout had been stocked for 4 months (from December 2005 to April 2006) in a net-cage farm which was operating in Kuzgun Dam Lake (Ilıca-Erzurum) without feeding. Specimens were collected before and after long term fasting in order to investigate the effect of starvation on some productivity traits and body composition. Research results were showed that 171.73±11.23 g initial mean weight was decreased to 126.58±15.17 g after four months and then fish were recovered and reached to 191.25±33.49 g main weight after 2 months later. Similarly, condition factor had been decreased from 1.63±0.03 to 0.96±0.04 after 4 months and then became 1.57±0.09 fallowing two months. The initial carcass yield was increased from 82.37±0.7 % to 85.14±0.32 % at the end of 4-month starvation period; however visceral index decreased from 13.27±0.56 % to 9.08±0.17 %. Long term starvation did not affect crude protein and crude ash rate statistically, but crude fat rate was affected. The fat rate was decreased from 13.19±1.07 % to 9.44±0.56 % after long term starvation, and then increased to 13.9 % in fallowing months.
