Sığır ve İnsan Orijinli Grup B Streptokokların Bazı Antimikrobiyel Maddelere İn Vitro Duyarlılıklarının Araştırılması

Öz

Bu araştırmada, Van ve İstanbul yörelerinden izole edilen sığır ve insan orijinli Grup B Streptokok (GBS)’ların farklı gruplardaki antimikrobiyel maddelere in vitro duyarlılıkları disk difüzyon yöntemiyle belirlendi. Araştırma kapsamında 55 adet sığır ve 55 adet insan olmak üzere toplam 110 GBS izolatı test edildi. Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute kriterlerine göre yapılan değerlendirmede, insan orijinli GBS izolatlarının tamamı β-laktam grubu antibiyotiklere duyarlı bulunurken, sığır orijinli izolatların 5 (%9.09)’inin penisilin G’ye dirençli ve 11 (%20)’inin de orta derecede duyarlı olduğu tespit edildi. Makrolid ve/veya linkozamid direnç profili gösteren 25 (%45.45) insan izolatının 9(%36)’unda makrolid ve linkozamid direnç profili görülürken, 7 (%28) izolatta sadece linkozamidlere karşı direnç tespit edildi. Buna karşın 22 (%40) sığır izolatının sadece 3 (%13.63)’ünde makrolid ve linkozamid direnç profili ve 12 (%54.54)’sinde de linkozamid dirençliliği belirlendi. İnsan izolatlarında (%83.63) oksitetrasiklinlere karşı dirençlilik, sığır izolatlarına (%18.18) göre önemli derecede (p < 0.001) yüksek bulundu. Sonuç olarak, sığır izolatlarında tespit edilen penisilin dirençliliğinin belirlenmesine yönelik detaylı araştırmalar yanında sağaltımda β-laktam grubu antibiyotiklere alternatif olarak kullanılacak makrolid ve linkozamid grubu antibiyotikler için in vitro antimikrobiyel duyarlılık testlerinin yapılmasının gerekli olduğu kanısına varıldı
