Öz

Bu çalışmada, doğal askaridiozisli yavru köpeklerde hematolojik bulgular, lenfosit alt tipleri ve serum immunglobulin konsantrasyonları araştırılarak, immunolojik cevaplardaki değişimlerin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Çalışmanın materyalini 1-4 aylık yaşlarda ve dışkı muayeneleri ile ağır askaridiozis teşhisi konulan 5 yavru köpek oluşturdu. Köpeklerden tedavi öncesi (0. gün) ve sonrasında (30. gün) laboratuvar muayeneleri için kan ve askarid yumurta sayımı için dışkı örnekleri alındı. Tedavi öncesinde hematolojik bulgulardan; hematokrit değer, hemoglobin konsantrasyonu, MCHC, retikülosit, agranülosit ve lenfosit oranlarında azalma, trombosit sayısı, granülosit ve eozinofil oranlarında ise artış belirlendi. Lenfosit alt tipleri ve serum immunglobulin konsantrasyonlarında ise; tedavi öncesinde CD3, CD4 ve CD8 T lenfosit oranlarında azalma, B lenfosit oranları, IgG ve IgE konsantrasyonlarında ise artış belirlendi. Askarid yumurta sayılarında tedavi sonrasında öncesine göre istatistiki olarak önemli bir azalma tespit edildi.Sonuç olarak, askaridiozisle ağır enfekte yavru köpeklerde T lenfosit ve alt tiplerinde önemli azalmalar gözlendiği, bu durumun T lenfositlerle bağlantılı hücresel immun cevapların depresyonunun göstergesi olarak değerlendirilebileceği kanısına varıldı
