Köpeklerde Karbontetraklorür İntoksikasyonunda Serum ve Karaciğer Dokusu Mineral Madde Düzeylerinin Araştırılması

Öz

Bu araştırmada akut CCl4 intoksikasyonunda serum, kronik CClintoksikasyonunda ise serum ve doku mineral madde düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Çalışmanın materyalini 24 sağlıklı melez sokak köpeği oluşturdu. Köpekler akut toksikasyon (n=10), kronik toksikasyon (n=10) ve kronik toksikasyon doku kontrol (n=4) grubu olmak üzere üç gruba ayrıldı. Akut CCl4intoksikasyonu 12 saatlik açlığı takiben bir kez 1,5 ml/kg dozunda ve kronik CCl4 intoksikasyonu ise haftada iki kez 12 hafta süreyle 0,5 ml/kg dozunda CCl4’ün zeytinyağındaki 1/1 oranındaki süspansiyonunun oro-gastrik sonda ile mideye verilmesi ile oluşturuldu. Akut toksikasyon grubunda serum Cu, Fe ve Zn değerlerinde artış, kronik toksikasyon grubunda ise serum Cu ve Fe ile doku Fe ve Zn düzeylerinde artış, serum Mg ve doku Cu seviyelerinde ise azalma belirlendi
