Yem Formu ve Partikül Büyüklüğünün Etlik Piliçlerde Sindirim Kanalı Gelişimi, Besin Madde Sindirilebilirliği ve Büyüme Performansı Üzerine Etkile

Öz

Etlik piliç yetiştiriciliğinde karlılığın maksimum seviyede sağlanması için üretim maliyetinin azaltılması büyük önem taşımaktadır. İşte bu noktada, başta yem formu ve partikül büyüklüğü olmak üzere besleme ile ilgili önemli konular ön plana çıkmaktadır. Son yıllarda yapılan çalışmalarda kanatlı hayvan beslemede pelet yem kullanımının performansı, sindirim kanalı gelişimini ve besin maddelerinin sindirilebilirliğini olumlu etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Pelet yemle besleme yem tüketimini teşvik etmekte, buna bağlı olarak yemden yararlanma değeri iyileştirmektedir. Pelet yem aynı zamanda, yemde kullanılan yem ham maddelerinin ayrışmasını ve yem saçımını engellemektedir. Diğer yandan, partikül büyüklüğünün artışı taşlık gelişimini teşvik ederken ince öğütme yem parçacıklarının sindirim kanalında sindirim enzimleri ile temas yüzeyini artırmaktadır. Bu derlemenin amacı, etlik piliçlerde yem formu ve partikül büyüklüğünün sindirim kanalı gelişimi, besin madde sindirilebilirliği ve büyüme performansı üzerine etkileri hakkında genel bir değerlendirme yapmaktır
