Author Guidelines

• The İstanbul 29 Mayıs University Law Review is a national, peer-reviewed, academic journal published twice a year, in January and July. No fees are charged to authors at any stage of the article evaluation or publication process.
• Manuscripts submitted to the İstanbul 29 Mayıs University Law Review must be original scholarly works that have not been previously published, accepted for publication, or currently under review elsewhere. Papers previously presented at scientific meetings, congresses, conferences, or symposia may be considered for publication provided that this is clearly stated, the paper has not been published in full text, and it has been revised, expanded, and reformatted into a journal article.
• The authors bear full academic and legal responsibility for the language, style, and content of the works published in the İstanbul 29 Mayıs University Law Review.
• The journal employs the reference system specified in the Citation Guidelines of the İstanbul 29 Mayıs University Law Review. For detailed information, see Author Guidelines.
• For studies requiring ethics committee approval, such approval must be obtained and explicitly stated (including the name of the committee, date, and approval number) on the first page and in the methodology section of the manuscript. For such research, please consult the journal’s Ethical Principles and Publication Policy.
• All submissions undergo preliminary review, plagiarism screening, peer review, and language editing. For details, see Article Evaluation Process.
