SELLER’S RESPONSIBILIT Y FR OM THE WARRANT Y AGAINST DEFECTS WITH IN THE SCOPE OF THE VIENNA SALES CONVENTION

Abstract

Convention on International Sale of Goods is a convention, which includes convictions about sale of movable goods. This convection was signed by United Nations at the date of 11 April 1980 and came into force at the year of 1988. Turkey became a party to this convection formally at the date of 01 August 2011. In this article this convection”s convictions about warranty against defects, which have close relation with Turkish Law of Obligations, will be analyzed.
