Abstract

Convention on International Sale of Goods is a convention, which includes convictions
about sale of movable goods. This convection was signed by United Nations at
the date of 11 April 1980 and came into force at the year of 1988. Turkey became
a party to this convection formally at the date of 01 August 2011.
In this article this convection”s convictions about warranty against defects, which
have close relation with Turkish Law of Obligations, will be analyzed.

Viyana Satım Sözleşmesi Kapsamında Satıcının Ayıptan Doğan Sorumluluğu

Abstract

Viyana Satım Sözleşmesi[1] taşınır mal satışına ilişkin hükümleri içeren uluslararası
bir antlaşmadır. Bu Sözleşme, Birleşmiş Milletler bünyesinde 11 Nisan 1980
yılında Viyana’da kabul edilip, 1988 yılında yürürlüğe girmiştir[2]. Türkiye de bu
sözleşmeye 01.08.2011 tarihinde resmen taraf olmuştur[3].
Bu makalede, Türk Borçlar Hukuku ile yakın bir ilişki içinde bulunan bu
antlaşmanın ayıptan doğan sorumluluğa ilişkin hükümleri incelenecektir[4]
