The Ankara Bar Association Journal is an open-access journal, meaning that all its content is freely available to users. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, provided that proper citation to the source is given, without prior permission from the publisher or the author(s).

No subscription or fee is required from libraries or readers to access the published electronic articles. Likewise, the journal does not charge any article processing charges (APCs), including submission, evaluation, or publication fees, nor does it impose any subscription fees for access to its content.
