The ABMYO Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Istanbul Aydın University, published twice a year (July and December) in print and electronically. It publishes original research and review articles in the fields of Science (physics, chemistry, biology, life sciences, and engineering). All articles approved by the reviewers and editor are published free of charge.

The ABMYO Journal accepts and publishes research articles, review articles, and scientific studies in the core fields of science.

The Anadolu Bil Vocational School Journal has been published regularly since 2006, and until 2021, the journal accepted articles from all fields. However, as of 2021, the field of Science (physics, chemistry, biology, life sciences, and engineering) was determined as part of the field selection process. The journal has begun a transformation process, and it has decided to publish two issues per year.

The submission and acceptance process takes approximately one month. All manuscript submission, editorial and peer review processes, and acceptance/rejection processes are conducted through the Dergipark Platform (https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/abmyoder). Manuscripts submitted by authors are reviewed and evaluated by an appointed editor, and those deemed suitable are sent online to at least two reviewers for review. Our journal utilizes a blind peer review process. Authors may suggest referees in supplementary files. However, the Editor reserves the right to appoint any referees they wish. Referees are not aware of author names or institutional information at this stage. Authors should ensure that manuscripts submitted to the blind peer review process do not include author names or institutional information. Obtaining ethics committee approval and copyright requirements, such as images/photographs taken from other publications, are the author's responsibility, and they also bear legal responsibility. Manuscripts reviewed by the referees are reviewed by the language editor, statistical editor, and finally, the journal editor, when deemed appropriate, and are then ready for publication in the journal. Decisions regarding acceptance, rejection, minor revision, and major revision can be made for articles, and the author is notified of the decision via e-mail via the Dergipark Platform.
