In this study, it was aimed to evaluate and determine the content, effects and effects of the Ministry of Health's policies for reducing cesarean rates in terms of many environments with environmental screening method. The study was established between 11.03.2019-18.03.2019 with various combinations with keywords such as "Cesarean, cesarean, birth, cesarean surgery", in order to obtain Scanned over databases/directories such as Google Scholar, Ulakbim, EBSCO and National Thesis Center. 59 documents were found which were found to be compatible with the determined criteria. Classification was made according to the type of documents and evaluated. Generally, information-intensive measures and partial sanctions were observed. Many factors affect the increase of cesarean operation rates. In order for the policies pursued to be more effective, it is considered useful to follow more comprehensive and high enforcement policies.
