Abstract

İnsanlar çok eski çağlardan beri karanlıkları yenmek arzusuyla epeyce çalışıp çabalamışlardır. Onların bu gayreti önce insan emeği olmayan çıra gibi veya başka yanıcı maddeleri bulmalarını sağlamıştır. Günümüzden 5000 yıl öncesinde ise mumu icat edebilmişler ve zaman içerisinde değişe değişe, gelişe gelişe en son eletrikle bu arayışa bir nokta konmuştur. Mumum bizde tespit edile bilinen tarihi ise 500 seneyi bulmaktadır. Bu tarihten itibaren arşiv belgelerinde mum ve mumculukla igili epeyce bir kayıt vardır. Son olarak Beykoz’da kurulan fabrika ise bu sektörün bizdeki en büyük fabrikasıdır.

BEYKOZ SPERMCET WAX FACTORY

Abstract

People have worked hard with the desire to defeat the darkness since ancient times. Their effort enabled them to find non-human labor such as kindling or other combustible materials. Afterward, they invented the candle 5000 years ago, and by developing over time, they found the latest electricity and put a point in this search. The history of candles that can be determined in our documents goes back 500 years. From this date on, there are quite a few records about candles and candle making in archival documents. Finally, the factory established in Beykoz is the biggest one in this sector in our country
