Üst Santral ve Lateral Diş Eksikliğinin Geçici Olarak Fiberle Güçlendirilmiş Adeziv Sistem ile Restorasyonu: Vaka Raporu

Abstract

Ön bölgedeki dişlerin kaybı nedeniyle günümüzde hastalar sıklıkla estetik açıdan hoş bir görünüme sahip olmayı arzu etmektedirler. Hastaların estetik ihtiyaçları ele alındığında fiber takviyeli adeziv köprüler iyi bir alternatif tedavi seçeneği olabilir. Bu sistemler konservatif ve estetik tedaviler olarak kullanılabileceği için hastalar ve diş hekimleri bu sektöre ilgi duymaktadır. Periodontal açıdan sorun oluşturan destek dişlerin varlığında, travma sonucu oluşan diş kayıplarında ve implant tedavisi sürecinde yükleme öncesi geçici restorasyon yapımında bu alternatif tedavi kullanılabilir. Bu tür köprülerinin destek dişlere daha az zarar vermesi, daha kısa tedavi süresi, alternatif yöntemlere göre daha düşük maliyet ve gerektiğinde çıkarılabilmesi gibi çeşitli avantajları vardır. Bu vaka sunumunda, maksiller santral ve lateral kesici dişini kaybetmiş olan bir hasta, fiber takviyeli adeziv köprülerle geçici olarak sabitlendi. Hasta için final tedavi, implant destekli kuron uygulamasıydı. Fiberle güçlendirilmiş adeziv köprü, 3 aylık klinik takipten sonra hâlâ sağlamdı ve hiçbir kırılma, bağlantıda kopma veya renk değişikliği belirtisi görülmedi. Eksik kesici dişlerin geçici tedavisi bu alternatif tedavi stratejisi ile başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilebilir.
