Abstract

The use of porcelain and composite laminates for esthetics purposes has been on the rise in recent years. As it is well- known, porcelain laminates can only be prepared in dental laboratories. On the other hand, composite laminates can be prepared both in a laboratory setting or directly applied to restore teeth in a dental office. When performed in a dental office setting, composite laminates provide an effective approach both for patients with dental esthetics issues and dentists in terms of time, labor, and cost.This paper demonstrates that the direct composite laminate technique can truly be advantageous and provide perfect smiles with excellent esthetic restorations.3M Espe Adber Prompt L-Pop Bonding and Filtek Supreme Composite and Soflex Polising discs and bands are used in this work

Doğrudan Yöntemle Yapılmış Kompozit Lamina Çalışması

Abstract

Son yıllarda estetik amaçlı porselen ya da kompozit lamina yapımı giderek yaygınlaşmış durumdadır. Bilindiği gibi porselen çalışmaları teknik olarak sadece laboratuvarlarda yapılabilmektedir. Oysa kompozit lamina çalışmaları, hem laboratuvarlarda hem de ağız içinde doğrudan dişlerin üzerine yapılabilmektedir.Kompozit laminaların dişlerin üzerine doğrudan yapılabilmesi hem dişhekimleri hem de hastalar açısından özellikle zaman, emek ve ekonomik açılardan kayda değer avantajlar sağlayabilmektedir.Bu vaka sunumunun amacı, doğrudan dişler üzerine yapılan kompozit laminaların avantajlarını ve elde edilen estetik görünümün, gülümsemeye yapabileceği katkıyı göstermektir.Lamina çalışmalarında 3M Espe Adber Prompt L-Pop bonding ve Filtek Supreme kompozit ve Soflex polisaj diskleri-bantları kullanılmıştır
