Türkiye’de Enerji Üretim ve Tüketiminin Sanayi Endeksi Üzerindeki Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Türkiye ekonomisine ait 2016:01-2022:02 dönemi için elektrik üretim ve tüketimi ile sanayi üretim endeksi arasındaki ilişkiyi açıklamak amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda uygun zaman serisi analiz yöntemleri kullanılarak konu ampirik açıdan desteklenmektedir. Verilere ait önce özet istatistiklere verilmekte, sonrasında ise elektrik üretim ve tüketimi ile sanayi üretim endeksi arasındaki ilişki Toda-Yamamoto nedensellik testi ile analiz edilmektedir. Nedensellik test sonuçlarına göre, sanayi üretim endeksinden elektrik üretimine ve sanayi üretim endeksinden elektrik tüketimine doğru tek yönlü nedensellik ilişkisi olduğu bulunmaktadır.
