Abstract

It is getting hard for organizations to get sustainable competitive advantage in today’s competition environment. Using all its resources makes it possible to challenge these difficulties according to the resource based competition approach. From this approach personal empowerment which is thought to be an effective strategy with using employees’ knowledge, capability and experiences is seen as an alternative tool. Personal empowerment with practices of organization and leaders may meet necessities of staff and this can make them satisfied. These may enhance their positive emotions and other perceptions. Within frames of this research which is designed according to affective events theory it is suggested that positive emotions associated with personal empowerment may form positive expectations on staff and in organization. Self efficacy perceptions of empowered individuals may enhance their hopes. The effect of personel empowerment on psychological capital is suggested according to the heuristic model which is designed within frames of affective events theory.

DUYGUSAL OLAYLAR KURAMI ÇERÇEVESİNDE PERSONEL GÜÇLENDİRME VE PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYE İLİŞKİSİ
