Article Submission
Authors who wish to submit their work for evaluation to the AgriTR Science Journal can complete the submission process by becoming a member through the journal management system.

Copyright and Author Responsibilities
Submitted works must be original studies that have not been previously published as a full-text anywhere else or simultaneously submitted for evaluation elsewhere.

By submitting their work for evaluation, the authors agree to waive the copyright and transfer the copyright to the AgriTR Science Journal. The Editorial Board is authorized to decide on the publication of the article.

It is mandatory for authors to sign the "Copyright Transfer Form" document with the wet signature of all authors, scan it, and upload it as specified in the article submission steps through the system. Submissions that fail to submit the form will not be published.

Authors are obliged to provide information regarding the "Statement of researchers’ contribution rate" and "Author conflict of interest statement" at the end of the article.

Evaluation Process: Blind Peer Review
To ensure high publication quality, all submissions to the AgriTR Science Journal are evaluated using the double-blind method. In this method, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept confidential.

1. Preliminary Review and Editor Evaluation
Submitted works are first reviewed by the editors for suitability to the journal's aims and scope, quality of language/expression, scientific adequacy, and originality.

Submissions rejected at this stage (out of scope, serious scientific error, lack of original value, etc.) are notified to the authors within a maximum of two weeks.

Suitable works are directed to the relevant Field Editor (Section Editor) for pre-evaluation.

2. Field Editor (Section Editor) Evaluation
Field editors examine the Introduction, Material and Methods, Findings, Conclusion, and Discussion sections of the work in detail regarding journal policies, scope, and originality.

Submissions deemed unsuitable are returned to the authors with the field editor's evaluation report within a maximum of four weeks.

3. Reviewer Process
The Field Editor suggests reviewers from the journal's reviewer pool or with new proposals, based on the content of the work and the reviewers' expertise, from at least two different institutions. The author(s) and reviewer(s) must not be from the same institution.

Reviewers are obligated to guarantee that they will not share any process or document related to the works they evaluate with third parties.

4. Reviewer and Revision Processes
The reviewer evaluation period is 15 days.

It is mandatory for authors to complete the revision suggestions received from the reviewers or editors within 1 month.

Reviewers may decide on suitability after examining the revisions or may request additional revisions multiple times if necessary.

5. Final Editorial Board Decision
Reviewer opinions are examined by the field editor within a maximum of 2 weeks, and the field editor conveys their final decision to the editors.

The editors prepare the final editorial board decision based on the opinions of the field editor and reviewers, and this decision is communicated to the author(s) within a maximum of 1 week.

Submissions given a negative opinion during this process are returned without requesting a plagiarism check.

Withdrawal of Articles
Author(s) wishing to withdraw their work during the evaluation stage are obliged to send a petition requesting the article withdrawal, signed with the wet signature of each author, to the Editorial Board via email.

The Editorial Board reviews the withdrawal notification and provides feedback within a maximum of one week.

Unless the withdrawal request for works whose copyright has been transferred to the AgriTR Science Journal is approved by the Editorial Board, authors cannot submit these works for evaluation to another journal.

Editors' Responsibilities (Plagiarism and Ethical Violations)
The AgriTR Science Editorial Board is obliged to immediately initiate an investigation if suspicion of copyright or plagiarism arises regarding a work that has been published, is in print, or is in the evaluation stage.

Detection during Evaluation: If copyright or plagiarism is detected as a result of the investigation, the work is withdrawn from evaluation and the detected issues are returned to the authors with detailed sources.

Detection in Published or In-Print Work: If copyright infringement or plagiarism is detected in a published or in-print work, the Editorial Board carries out the necessary withdrawal and notification procedures within a maximum of one week.
