DEBATES ON GLOBAL ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Abstract

Today, there are some debates about the existence of global administrative law besides international law. By the help of globalization, the relationship between individuals, states, international organizations and corporations has been heavily increased in the last few decade. Especially effect of technology must be noticed, as it blurred the boundaries among states in many forms. Global relationships consist of many issues such as environment, global trade, climate change, health, fi nancial problems, and these areas must be regulated with norms. At this point the most important duty is belong to Global Administrative Law

Global İdare Hukuku Tartışmaları

Abstract

Günümüzde uluslararası hukukun yanında global idare hukukunun varlığı ile ilgili tartışmalar yapılmaktadır. Globalleşmenin yardımı ile bireyler, devletler, uluslararası kurumlar ve şirketler arasındaki ilişkiler son bir kaç on yılda yoğun bir şekilde artmıştır. Ülkeler arasındaki sınırları değişik şekillerde belirsizleştirdiği için özellikle teknolojinin etkilerine dikkat edilmelidir. Global ilişkiler çevre, global ticaret, iklim değişimi, sağlık, fi nansal problemler gibi bir çok konudan meydana gelmektedir ve bu alanların normlarla düzenlemeye tabi tutulması gerekmektedir. Bu noktada en önemli görev global idare hukukuna düşmektedir
