He is a Professor in the Department of Economics at Eskişehir Osmangazi University. Meçik completed his undergraduate education at Eskişehir Osmangazi University in 2008, his master's degree at Uşak University in 2010, and his doctorate in Economics at Anadolu University in 2014. He was appointed Associate Professor in Macroeconomics in 2017 and became a Professor in 2023. Meçik, who has many studies in the fields of labor market and social and economic networks, currently works on social capital, education-job mismatch in the labor market, the effects of digital transformation, and innovation economics. Meçik serves as editor and editorial board member in national and international journals and publishing houses. Meçik is a member of the Turkish Economic Association, the Regional Science Turkish National Committee, and the World Economics Association.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Başak Özarslan is a faculty member at Gelişim University. Her research focuses on energy economics, macroeconomics, and development economics. She has published various academic studies in these fields and has concentrated particularly on issues related to energy and development policies within the broader context of contemporary economic challenges.
She graduated from the Department of Public Finance at Manisa Celal Bayar University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. She completed her Master’s degree in the Thesis-Based Master’s Program in Fiscal Law at the Department of Public Finance, Institute of Social Sciences, Dokuz Eylül University with her thesis titled “The Principle of the Prohibition of Analogy in Turkish Tax Jurisdiction.”
She also completed her PhD at the same department and institute with her dissertation titled “The Collection Authority of the Tax Administration in Türkiye and Its Limits.”
For her post-doctoral studies, during the Fall Semester of the 2021–2022 academic year, she worked as a fully funded visiting researcher at the Faculty of Law of University of Milano-Bicocca in Italy on her project titled “Turkey's Individual Application Experience in terms of Taxation Policies: Suggestions for Italy.”
Between 2017 and 2018, she worked on temporary assignment as an Expert at the Presidency of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye.
Her main research interests include the relationship between taxation and human rights, as well as the individual application mechanism before the Constitutional Court.
She is fluent in English and has a good command of Italian.
Between September 2024 and February 2025, she was a visiting researcher for six months at Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance in Germany, where she completed her project titled “Analysis of the Carbon Tax in the Context of Environmental Rights and Property Rights and Examination of the Status of Germany and Türkiye in the Face of the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism.”
She currently continues her academic studies as an Associate Professor Dr., Department of Public Finance- Fiscal Law, Faculty of Economics, Istanbul University.
Ozan Ağlargöz is an Associate Professor of Organization at the Department of Business Administration at Anadolu University, Turkey. He has earned an MSc from Lund University and a PhD from Anadolu University. He has been a guest post-doctoral researcher at Lund University and a Fulbright visiting scholar at the University of Colorado Boulder, Department of Communication. He teaches management and organizational design at the undergraduate level, as well as leadership and qualitative research methods at the graduate level. He has published book chapters and journal articles and presented his research at international conferences worldwide. His primary qualitative research problematizes working life in and around organizations via critical management studies, using institutional work, leadership, and identity concepts.
Kozal obtained her PhD from Ege University's Graduate School of Social Sciences with a thesis entitled "The 200-Year History of Industrialization in Turkey: Continuities and Transformations (Türkiye'de Sanayileşmenin 200 Yıllık Tarihi: Süreklilikler ve Dönüşümler). Since 2015, she has been employed at Ege University's Department of Economics. During the 2018-2019 academic year, she held the position of visiting scholar at the University of Groningen, where she conducted research for her doctoral dissertation. Her research interests include the political economy of sustainable development, industrialization, and the ecological and circular economy.

Egemen İpek is a Full Professor at Tarsus University, Mersin, Turkey. He received his PhD in Economics from Karadeniz Technical University in Trabzon, Turkey. He was a visiting PhD student at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2013-2014 and a Visiting Professor at the Department of Economics and Finance at Brunel University in 2018-2019. In the academic year 2024-25, he was on sabbatical leave at the University of Barcelona and the Barcelona Institute of Economics (IEB) to conduct research on topics related to energy economics and policy, supported by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK). Dr. İpek's research interests include household economics, consumer demand analysis, health economics, and applied microeconometrics.
Dr. Abzal Dosbolov was born in 1988 in Turkestan, Kazakhstan. In 2011, he graduated from Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, Department of International Relations. He completed his master's degree at Yalova University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of International Relations in 2014. In 2021, he defended his doctoral thesis titled "Cultural Policies of Kazakhstan within the Framework of Postcolonial Theory" at Gazi University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of International Relations. Starting in January 2022, Dr. Abzal Dosbolov has been appointed as a faculty member at Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, Department of International Relations.

Balıkesir doğumlu, bir çocuk annesi Prof. Dr. Dilek TEMİZ, ilkokul, ortaokul ve liseyi İzmir’de tamamlamıştır. Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (ODTÜ) İktisat Bölümü’nden 1999 yılında mezun olduktan sonra, 2002 yılında ODTÜ İktisat Anabilim Dalında, Prof. Dr. Halis Akder danışmanlığında yüksek lisansını, 2008 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi İktisat Anabilim Dalında, Prof. Dr. Ercan Uygur danışmanlığında iktisat alanında doktorasını tamamlamıştır. 2014 yılında Makro İktisat Bilim Alanında, doçentlik unvan ve yetkisini almıştır. 2001 yılında Araştırma Görevlisi olarak Çankaya Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Uluslararası Ticaret ve Finansman Bölümü’nde akademik yaşamına başlayan Dr. TEMİZ, aynı kurumda 2008-2011 döneminde Öğr. Gör. Dr., 2011-2014 döneminde Dr. Öğretim Üyesi (Yardımcı Doçent), 2014-2020 döneminde Doç. Dr. olarak hizmet vermiştir. 2020 yılından itibaren ise yine aynı kurumda Prof. Dr. unvanı ile hizmet vermektedir.
