Romantik İlişkilerde Obsesif Kompulsif Davranışlar ve Mükemmeliyetçi Tutumlar: Bir Derleme Çalışması

Abstract

Romantik ilişkilerde obsesif kompulsif tutumlar, bir kişinin romantik ilişkilerinde zorlayıcı düşüncelere sahip olması, sürekli yoğun endişe duyması veya kontrol gerektiren tekrarlayıcı davranışlar sergilemesidir. Bu durum, partneri sürekli kontrol etme ihtiyacı veya aşırı kıskançlık gibi belirtilerle kendini gösterebilir. Romantik ilişkilerde mükemmeliyetçi tutumlar ise romantik ilişkideki yüksek standartlar ve gerçekçi olmayan beklentilerle ilişkilendirilen davranışlara işaret etmektedir. Mükemmeliyetçi bireyler, kendileri ve partnerleri üzerinde sürekli olarak mükemmeliyetçi standartları karşılamaya çalışabilirler; bu da ilişkiden doyum alamama veya yoğun eleştirel yaklaşım gibi sonuçlara yol açabilir. Bu derleme çalışması, romantik ilişkilerde gözlenen obsesif kompulsif davranışlar ve mükemmeliyetçi tutumlara etki eden faktörleri belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Sonuçlar, romantik ilişkilerde obsesif kompulsif davranışlar ve mükemmeliyetçi tutumlarda ilişki doyumu, bağlanma stilleri, erken dönem uyumsuz şemalar ve psikopatoloji gibi faktörlerin etkili olduğunu göstermektedir.

Obsessive-Compulsive Behaviors and Perfectionistic Attitudes in Romantic Relationships: A Literature Review

Abstract

Obsessive-compulsive attitudes in romantic relationships refer to a person having compelling thoughts, experiencing constant intense anxiety, or displaying repetitive behaviors that require control in their romantic interactions. This condition can manifest itself with symptoms such as a constant need to control their partner or excessive jealousy. On the other hand, perfectionistic attitudes in romantic relationships indicate behaviors associated with high standards and unrealistic expectations. Perfectionistic individuals may constantly strive to meet perfectionistic standards for themselves and their partners, which can lead to dissatisfaction in the relationship or intense critical attitudes. This compilation aims to identify the factors influencing obsessive-compulsive behaviors and perfectionistic attitudes observed in romantic relationships. The results indicate that factors such as relationship satisfaction, attachment styles, early maladaptive schemas, and psychopathology are effective in obsessive-compulsive behaviors and perfectionistic attitudes in romantic relationships.
