Akdeniz Üniversitesi Hastanesinde 2014-2018 Yılları Arasındaki Selektif Serotonin Gerialım İnhibitörleri/Serotonin ve Noradrenalin Gerialım İnhibitörleri Reçetelerinin Retrospektif Olarak Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışma, Akdeniz Üniversitesi Hastanesinde 2014-2018 yılları arasında yazılan selektif serotonin gerialım inhibitörleri SSGİ / serotonin ve noradrenalin gerialım inhibitörleri SNGİ reçetelerindeki yıllar, yaş grupları, cinsiyet ve anabilim dalları arasındaki değişimleri karşılaştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: 2014-2018 yılları arasında yazılan e-reçete verileri tanımlayıcı istatistik yöntemleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular: 2014-2018 yılları arasında yazılan SSGİ/SNGİ e-reçete sayılarının yıllar içerisinde arttığı, en sık olarak sertralin en az olarak duloksetin reçete edildiği görülmüştür. Ayrıca yıllara, yaş gruplarına ve anabilim dallarına göre SSGİ/SNGİ reçete edilme oranlarının değiştiği görülmüştür. Sonuç: Bilgilerimize göre çalışmamız ülkemizde bir üniversite hastanesinde SSGİ/SNGİ grubunda yer alan antidepresan reçetelerinin retrospektif olarak değerlendirildiği ilk çalışmadır. MİA-Med ve benzeri bilgi sistemlerinin kullanılması ve bu sistemlerde bulunan elektronik verilerin genişletilmesi retrospektif çalışmaların yapılabilirliğini artıracaktır

Retrospective Evaluation of Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor/ Serotonin Noradrenaline Reuptake Inhibitor Prescriptions Between 2014 and 2018 at Akdeniz University Hospital

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the changes between the years, age groups, gender and departments of the prescriptions of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors SSRI and the serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitors SNGI between 2014 and 2018 at Akdeniz University Hospital.Material and Methods: E-prescription data recorded between 2014 and 2018 were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. Results: It was observed that the number of SSRI / SNGI e-prescriptions recorded between 20142018 increased over the years; sertraline was the most frequently and duloxetine was the least frequently prescribed. In addition, SSRI / SNGI prescription rates varied by year, age group and department. Conclusion: To our knowledge, this is the first study that retrospectively evaluated antidepressant
