One Shape ve One Curve Eğelerinin Döngüsel Yorgunluğa Karşı Dirençlerinin Çift Kurvatürlü Kanallarda Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı One Curve ve One Shape eğelerinin çift kurvatürlü yapay kanallarda döngüsel yorgunluğa karşı olan dirençlerinin karşılaştırılmasıdır.Gereç ve Yöntemler: 15 adet One Shape 25.06 ve 15 adet One Curve 25.06 nikel- titanyum eğesi çalışmaya dâhil edildi. Eğeler üretici firma talimatlarına uygun olarak, çift kurvatürlü paslanmaz çelikten yapılmış yapay kanallarda kırılıncaya kadar kullanıldı. Eğeler kırılıncaya kadar geçen süre dijital kronometre yardımıyla kaydedildi ve eğelerin kırılıncaya kadar yaptığı tur sayısı hesaplandı. Kırılan parçaların uzunlukları kaydedildi. Elde edilen veriler bağımsız t testi ile istatistiksel olarak değerlendirildi.Bulgular: One Shape eğelerinin kırılıncaya kadar yaptığı ortalama tur sayısı One Shape eğesinin One Curve eğesinden daha azdı. 2 grup arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlıydı p

Comparison of Cyclic Fatigue Resistance of One Shape and One Curve Files in Double Curvature Canals

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the cyclic fatigue resistance of the One Shape and One Curve files in artificial double-curvature canals.Material and Methods: This study included 15 One Shape 25.06 and 15 One Curve 25.06 nickel-titanium files. The files were used in accordance with the manufacturerʼs instructions until they were broken in artificial double-curvature canals made of stainless steel. The time to fracture was recorded via a digital stopwatch and the number of rotations until fracture was also calculated. Data were statistically analyzed using an independent samples t test.Results: The number of rotations until fracture of the One Shape file was lower than for the One Curve file.
