Classroom Teacher Candidates’ Views On The Attainments From “Teaching Technologies And Material Development” Course

Abstract

The purpose of his study is to investigate the views of classroom teacher candidates on the attainments from “Teaching Technologies and Material Development” course according to some variables. 275 pre-service teachers who were students at Atatürk University Kazım Karabekir Education Faculty Elementary Teacher Education Department were included in his research. A questionnaire was given to the participants in order to collect the data. t test and variance analysis were used in the analysis of the data. Statistically significant differences were found between the attainments of the classroom teacher candidates from “Teaching Technologies and Material Development” course, their classroom levels and their interests towards the classes in which instructional technologies were used. There is no difference between the attainments of his course and gender, type of instruction, interest towards technology use, computer knowledge, and types of high schools the participants were graduated from.
