The Scale of Attitude Directed Towards The Application of Mathematical Activities of The 4 th and 5 th Grade Primary School Students

Abstract

In this study, developing a scale to measure the attitudes directed towards the application of mathematical activities 4th and 5th grade primary school students indented. The application scale of the mathematical activities is devoloped in the direction of the students of 4th and 5th grades.The scale is likert type of scale comprising of 40 articles. The volicity and credibility of the scale is done on the data gained from the 200 students elected by the method of coincidentol exemplification amount of the 4th and 5th grade students of the primary school. As a result of the factoral valitidy of the scale articles changes between 0.56- 0.80 and that the KMO Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) value is 0.904 and the value of (Cronbach alpha) calculated for reliability study is 0,919. The findings related to the studies of valicity and credibility show that the scale has a valid and reliable form.

İlköğretim 4. Ve 5. Sınıf Öğrencilerinin Matematik Etkinliklerine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği Geliştirme

Öz

Bu çalışmada, İlköğretim 4. ve 5. sınıf öğrencilerinin matematik etkinliklerini uygulamaya yönelik tutumlarını ölçmek amacıyla bir ölçek geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Matematik etkinlikleri tutum ölçeği, 4 ve 5. Sınıf öğrencilerinin görüşleri doğrultusunda geliştirilmiştir. Ölçek 40 maddeden oluşan likert tipi bir ölçektir. Ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirliği ilköğretim 4. ve 5. sınıf öğrencileri arasından tesadüfî örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 200öğrenciden elde edilen veriler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliliğini belirlemek amacıyla yapılan faktör analizi sonucunda ölçek maddeleri faktör yüklerinin 0.56- 0.80 arasında değiştiği, KMO Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin(Örneklem Oluşturma Uygunluğu Ölçümü) değerinin 0.904, güvenirlik çalışması için hesaplanan, iç tutarlık katsayı (Cronbach alpha) değerinin α=0.919 olduğu görülmüştür. Geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmalarına ilişkin bulgular, ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir bir yapıya sahip olduğunu göstermektedir.
