Abstract
Bu araştırmada İlköğretim Türkçe Dersi (1-5. Sınıflar) Öğretim Programı ile 2005-2006 eğitim öğretim yılından itibaren uygulamaya konulan, Ses Temelli Cümle Yöntemi (STCY) ile ilk okuma-yazma öğretiminin değerlendirilmesi (Ankara İli Örneği) yapılmıştır. Bu araştırmada tarama modeli ve gözlem teknği gibi çeşitli model ve teknikler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada; 2005-2006 eğitim öğretim yılında, 144 ilköğretim 1. sınıf öğrencisinin, ilk okuma-yazma öğrenme süreci, okuma-yazma hataları ve okuma-yazma kurallarına uyma durumları sekiz ay süreyle gözlenmiştir. Araştırma sonunda 1. sınıf öğrencilerinin, Ses Temelli Cümle Yöntemi ile ilk okuma-yazma öğretimine ilişkin becerileri %98-%100 oranında kazandıkları belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca öğrencilerin okuma-yazma hataları belirlenmiş ve bu hataların düzeltilmesine yönelik çözüm önerileri getirilmiştir.
Abstract
In this research the evaluation of Primary Education Turkish Lesson Program (Grades 1-5.) and teaching early reading and writing with the Phoneme Based Sentence Method (PBSM) that has been applied basically in Ankara since the 2005-2006 academic year is presented. In this research, a variety of technique such as scanning model and observation techniques and models have been used. In the research; in the 2005-2006 academic year, 144 Primary Education Grade 1 students were observed for eight months in terms of the learning reading and writing process, their reading and writing skills, their reading and writing speeds and their comprehension skills. At the end of the research, it was determined that first grade schoolers got nearly 98% and 100% of early reading and writing skills with the help of phoneme based sentence method. On the other hand, the reading and writing mistakes of the schoolers were determined and some advises about resolution were suggested
